Quotes and Estimates
My Estimates and Quotes for suits are completely free! It doesn't cost a dime to sit down with you and Quote you and look through the process of ordering the materials and settling on all of the choices and options we have for making your suit unique and special to you.

Definitions:
Quote: A proper quote Is the exact total it would cost to make your suit as well as parts, labor, and material.

Estimates: A rough outline of the possible cost of making your suit, it's not exact but it gives you a price range when considering one.

Pricing
Buying a Fursuit can be an expensive task, and we understand this. Alongside offering regular upfront payments, we also offer “Two Part” payment plans. Allowing for Half or less to be paid for upfront and the rest to be paid at a later date. As well as this our pricing sheet is posted at the bottom of the TOS to allow for ease of access!

Repairs
We offer repair services as well! Anything from bodysuit repairs, to fixes for heads, paws, feet, paws, and tails.

What constitutes a Repair?
Any damage done to a piece on a Mini, Partial, Full. Installs of Fans and battery packs, repairs of fans or battery packs. As Well as work needed to heads such as eyes, hair, ears, nose, and mouth fixes. If you have something that needs to be done not listed here, please be sure to ask!

Refusal Of Service & TOS Changes
As the maker, I have the right to terminate any current commissions for any reason. Just like the commissioner themselves has the right to request a partial (Or Full depending on the circumstances) refund at any point during the process.

The circumstances that would define either a full or partial refund will be defined below.

Partial Refund: A Partial refund will be issued if these circumstances occur, but aren't limited to these events. If work has commenced, materials are already purchased, or a repair has already begun. In this case labor hours already used, won't be refunded. Along with this any materials or built products will be shipped out in the state they are already in.

Full Refund: A Full refund will be issued in this case, A slot was already purchased but work has not been started yet. In this case a Full refund will be issued.
THIS IS THE ONLY CASE A FULL REFUND CAN BE ISSUED!

This TOS is ever changing and growing! By purchasing a commission from me you accept all terms. Any TOS updates will be announced when made, Ongoing commissions will have to agree to terms!

Shipping
Shipping is organized once work is completed, or a refund is requested. Shipping quotes can only be given after I've completed work. (They are not included in the initial quote) And must be paid for separately. I Do not cover shipping costs!
As well as that, I am NOT responsible for what happens once the items are shipped. Whether fully complete or not, if something is damaged or lost during shipping I can not be held responsible to offer a refund to you, that is between you and the postal service you want me to use.

Time To Completion
Depending on work it could take me up to 2 months or 8-9 (Depending on order size) In order to complete it. The rate of completion is entirely determined by events that may occur over the time of your commission.

I No longer work with hard set deadlines either going forward(This does not include previous commissioners). Along with this, I ask not to be consistently bothered for updates, I will give them as I have them!

Extra Materials
There are times in which the quote doesn't account for certain materials that may not have been thought about during the time of the quote. This can either be

Reference Changes
Once work is started I work off of the reference I am given at the start. I do not accept reference changes, I work on them based on the references I am given at the quote phase (Or generally when I quote you).
